Khaugalli Foods Private Limited

We have our restaurant set up at Gat No. 225 and 227 in Gahunje. It’s part of the Nawu Imper project in the Maval area. Our specific spot is Restaurant No. 308. Gahunje is a bit outside the main city center, near the stadium, so it’s an interesting place to be. We get a mix of locals and people passing through for events. Khaugalli Foods is just us trying to get some food ready for people who walk in without making a big fuss about it. The space is fairly large, and we’ve tried to make it decent for anyone who stops by. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, obviously, as that’s where the main work happens. The Maval region has its own pace, a bit slower than the middle of Pune, which we actually prefer. Dealing with the daily operations here involves a lot of coordinating with local vendors for fresh stuff. Some days are incredibly busy, especially when there's something happening nearby, and other days we just catch up on cleaning and maintenance. We don’t have any corporate slogans or big marketing plans. We just open the doors and get to work every morning.
