You can find Laxmi Steel Furniture over at Survey Number 5/1 in Indrayani Nagar. We are part of the Sadguru Colony area in Thergaon. We make and sell steel items for houses and offices. It’s a workshop style setup, so you might hear some noise from the tools if you come by. There is usually dust on the floor from the metal work. We make things like cupboards, racks, and frames. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. Instead, you can see the pieces we are working on right there. Sometimes we are busy welding or painting, so we might not see you walk in immediately. Just give a shout. We've lived and worked in Thergaon for quite some time. The furniture we make is heavy and meant to last. We don't use thin materials that break easily. It’s just honest work with steel. We get a lot of locals from Sadguru Colony coming in to get things repaired too. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. If you need something specific made to size, we can usually figure it out. It’s not a fast process because we do things by hand mostly. We just keep at it every day, making sure the welds are strong and the finish is okay. It is just a small local shop. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things onto the street for a bit.
