Khan Pan Shop

We are Khan Pan Shop and you can find our place on Airport Road in Mahypur Nagar. Being located right on the airport road means there is a constant stream of traffic. Cars, taxis, and big buses are always zooming past our front door. We get a mix of local residents and people who are just passing through on their way to somewhere else. The shop is small and we have been at this location for a long time. We keep all the standard varieties of pan in stock. People really seem to like the sweet ones after they have a meal at one of the nearby dhabas. We also sell things like lighters, tobacco, and soda if our small fridge is working correctly. The location is convenient, but it does get very noisy with all the planes and the vehicles. You eventually get used to the sound after a few weeks of working here. We do not have any outside employees, it is just us family members taking turns behind the wooden counter. We keep the shop open quite late into the night because the airport road stays busy almost all the time. Even at 2 AM, someone might stop their car for a pan or a quick bottle of water. It makes for a very long day, but it is how we earn our living. We do not do any advertising. People just see our sign and decide to stop. It is a simple life for us here.
