Khaier Hospital

Khaier Hospital is tucked away right behind the Hindustan Bakery over at Chaphekar Chowk. If you’re ever near the bakery, you can usually smell the fresh bread while you’re walking toward us. Chinchwad is a busy area, and the chowk always has something going on. Our building isn't the newest one on the block, but it serves its purpose. We have been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers around know us by name. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t looking for the sign, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. Inside, the walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have some old magazines on the table that nobody really reads anymore. We spend a lot of our day just making sure the equipment is working and the patients are comfortable. The doctors are usually busy, so they don't have much time for small talk, but they’re good people. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been in Chinchwad for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the backup, which makes a bit of a hum, but it keeps things running. It’s just a normal, local hospital where things happen at their own pace. We’re just part of the furniture in this neighborhood now.
