I'm Keshavjagtap and I run things from Shivprabha Society in Kothrud. If you know the area, it’s right behind the Kothrud bus stand. That makes it pretty easy for people to find me even if they aren't from this side of town. The address is C-11, 38/1. It’s a quiet society, mostly older residents and families, so I try to keep the noise down. I’ve been in Kothrud for a long time and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in Pune. My office is basically just one room in the flat that I've converted. It’s got everything I need—a desk, a decent chair, and a lot of files. I don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. I think most of my work comes from people just knowing who I am. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. I often have the window open to let in the breeze, even if the bus stand sounds drift in sometimes. I handle everything myself, from the phone calls to the actual work. It can get a bit overwhelming when things get busy, but I prefer it this way over having a big boss over me. I’m just a local guy doing my bit. If you stop by, don't expect a waiting room or a coffee machine. We’ll just sit at the table and talk about what needs doing. It’s honest and it’s simple.
