Kenisha Electronics

We are over at Deccan Gymkhana 3rd Main, IV Phase 18/17/A/3. Kenisha Electronics has been here for a bit, tucked away in this part of the city. We deal with all kinds of things that plug into a wall. Some days it’s mostly people looking for a new mixer-grinder because their old one burnt out, and other days everyone wants a bigger television. It’s a lot of unboxing and showing people how the buttons work. My son helps out with the newer gadgets because I still find some of the smart features a bit confusing. The shop isn't massive, so we have boxes stacked up high towards the ceiling. You have to be careful when you're walking around the back. Deccan Gymkhana is a nice area, but it gets very crowded during the festive season. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get things delivered on time. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic and we have to tell a customer to come back tomorrow. It’s not ideal but people around here generally understand. We have a small desk where we do all the paperwork, and it’s always covered in receipts and pens that don't work. We aren't a big chain store, just a local shop where we try to keep things simple and honest for the families living nearby who need their home appliances.
