Kem Hospital

Our hospital is located at 489 Rasta Peth, right on Sardar Moodliar Road. This part of Pune is very old and the streets are quite narrow. It’s always packed with people, scooters, and local vendors. The building itself is an old one, with the kind of architecture you don't see much anymore. It has high ceilings and big doors, but you can definitely see its age in the walls and floors. We have been part of the Rasta Peth community for a long time. It’s the kind of place where we see generations of the same family coming in. You can always hear the noise from Sardar Moodliar Road inside the building, even in the back rooms. We’ve just grown used to the sound of horns and shouting from the street. The waiting area is often full, and it can get a bit stuffy in the heat, even with the fans going full blast. We don't have all the high-tech gadgets that the newer hospitals have, but we have everything we need to do our jobs properly. The staff knows the area well and we often grab lunch from the small stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded, local way of working. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a neighborhood hospital that’s been here forever, doing our best to take care of the people who live around Rasta Peth.
