Kaysys Infotech is over in Swaroop Colony, which is part of the Hingane area in Pune. We are on Plot 22, right near Survey Number 28/2. It’s one of those parts of town where the streets are lined with trees and small houses. Our office fits right in because it doesn’t look like a typical tech company from the outside. Inside, it’s a bit of a different story with all the servers and machines humming away in the background. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of hardware lying around for a project, but we’ve grown fond of the clutter. It feels like a place where things actually get built and repaired. We don't have a fancy lobby or a wall with a big glowing logo. We just have our desks, our computers, and our work. The people who work here are mostly from the local area. We share lunch together and talk about whatever is on the news that day. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do get serious when a tough job needs to be finished. We don't use any of that corporate talk or management jargon here. If something is broken, we just say it’s broken and then we find a way to fix it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps us stay focused. We aren't looking for fame, just steady work.
