Working at Vishrantwadi Main Road 23 means there is always something going on outside. The traffic on the main road is constant, and you can hear the horns honking throughout the day. Kaysan Infotech is right in the middle of that energy. Our office is on the second floor, and the stairs are a bit steep, so you get a little workout every morning. The space is filled with the hum of computers and the occasional conversation between staff members. We have a small balcony where we keep a few potted plants, though they struggle a bit with the dust from the road. Inside, it’s mostly just functional furniture and whiteboards covered in scribbled notes and diagrams. We didn't spend much on interior design because we care more about having good monitors and fast internet. It is a very practical place. There is a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes, and the smell of various home-cooked meals fills the air around one o'clock. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our screens. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we usually find our rhythm by Tuesday. The location is convenient for catching the bus, which is a plus for those of us who don't drive. It’s a real, working office where we keep the fan on high most of the time. The internet cable is taped to the floor.
