Kays Food Inn Limited Liability Partners is located over at Hip Kondhwa Khurda. Our actual spot is at S No 16/A/4, inside the Parmar Residency. We are in Row House No 7. It’s a nice little setup because being in a row house feels more like a home than a shop. Kondhwa Khurda is a busy area, but Parmar Residency is a bit more tucked away. We’ve been here for a while now. Running a food inn as a limited liability partnership means we have to keep our books very straight, but at the end of the day, we are just people who like food. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or sitting at the small table in the front handling the orders. Row House No 7 has become like a second home to all of us. The neighborhood kids sometimes run past and the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a working kitchen and a small business hub. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit muddy, but we just mop it up and keep going. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just want to make sure the food is good and the place stays open. We handle everything ourselves from the shopping to the cleaning. It’s a simple way to live and work in Pune. Most days we are just happy to be here doing our own thing.
