If you know the Hadapsar area, you probably know how busy the Mega Center can get on any given day. We are tucked away in Building F, specifically in Shop 604. It’s Kayadhu Software Solutions. Being in Marapatta City means there is always something going on right outside our door, but inside our little shop, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking away. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the security guards and the guys at the tea stall by their first names. The office isn't massive by any means. It’s actually pretty tight once the whole team is in, but we make it work. We have these old metal shelves filled with manuals and random cables that nobody uses anymore but we keep them anyway just in case. We do software stuff for our clients. People come to us with their technical problems, and we try to figure out a fix that actually works. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just like solving puzzles and getting paid for our time. The lift in Building F is famously slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't feeling too lazy. It’s a practical place for a practical team. We don't do those fancy corporate retreats or team-building exercises. Our team building is mostly just ordering a large pizza and eating it while we finish up a project. It’s a bit messy and sometimes loud, but it is our space.
