Kaustubh Telecom

Kaustubh Telecom is our little shop over in Sahakar Nagar. We took over Shop No 8 and 9 in Sector 40 D a few years back. It’s mostly a place where people come to get their recharges done or pick up a new phone case or some earphones. We have a couple of display counters that are usually covered in different types of cables and adapters. It’s not a massive store, but having the two units gives us a bit more room to breathe. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about which data plan is better or trying to fix a phone that won't turn on properly. The chairs for customers are a bit worn out from use, but they’re comfortable enough for a short wait. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on the news or a match. It’s a friendly spot where people from the nearby apartments stop by on their way home. We aren't part of any big franchise or chain. It’s just us running the show every day. We handle everything from bill payments to selling second-hand handsets that we've checked over. Sometimes the kids come in just to look at the new gadgets and ask questions. We don’t have fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. We just say hello and see what you need. It’s been a good business for us and we’re happy to stay right here in Sahakar Nagar. We keep the shop open quite late most nights.
