You can find Kat Technologies over in Aundh, specifically at F101 Rohan Nilay. It’s a nice enough area, pretty close to Spicer College, which is the main landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We are listed c/o Arvind Ankam, and the office is part of a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a typical, cold workplace. We like it that way because it keeps the atmosphere relaxed for everyone. There’s no strict dress code or formal meetings that go on for hours on end. We just sit down at our computers and get to work on the projects. Pune is a big tech city, but we are just a small part of that world. The 411007 area is convenient for us to get to every morning. Most of our days are spent coding or trying to fix things that aren't working right. It’s a lot of quiet concentration, mixed with the occasional break to grab some snacks from the small shops nearby. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a fancy fountain. It’s just an apartment-style office where we can actually focus on the details. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the hallway, which adds to the local feel of the place. We aren't a giant firm with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. We just focus on the code.
