We are based out of Panchgani, which is a bit different from the usual big city office locations. Our place is actually through Sharad Vasantrao Kasurde’s setup at Flat No. 39. Panchgani is a hill station in the Satara district, so the vibe here is very quiet and relaxed compared to Mumbai or Pune. It gets quite cold in the winters, and we often find ourselves wearing sweaters even inside the office. The air is much cleaner here, which is a nice change of pace. We don't have a giant office building; it’s more of a home-office environment where we handle our infotech work. The pace of life in Mahabaleshwar taluka is slower, and we like that. It helps us focus without the constant noise of heavy traffic. Most people know each other around here, so it feels more like a community than a business district. We have our computers set up in a room that looks out over some greenery. It’s a simple arrangement. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or a gym; we just have our workspace and a kettle for making tea. Working from a place like this means we have to be a bit more organized with our digital tools, but it works for us. We just do our daily tasks, keep the systems running, and enjoy being in the hills. It’s a modest way of doing business, but it suits our style and the way we like to work.
