Kasturi Steel

Kasturi Steel is tucked away in Building 1197/A, right there in Kasturi Niwas. We’ve been operating out of Bhawani Peth for quite some time now, I guess. If you know the area, it’s always busy with people moving around and trucks coming in all day. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the lane. It’s mostly just us here working through the orders and making sure everything is stacked right in the corners. There’s a lot of steel moving in and out every day, which keeps us on our toes quite a bit. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of the folks who come by are local contractors or people building something nearby. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we can get the work done without much fuss. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when moving smaller bits of inventory around. Usually, one of us is around to help if someone gets lost looking for 1197/A. It’s not a shiny new place, but it works for what we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but Kasturi Niwas stays pretty much the same. People know us by name around here. It’s just a regular business day for us, starting early and finishing when the work is finally done.
