Kashec Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

This is our other spot for Kashec Engineers Pvt. Ltd., located over in Wadar Colony, Shivaji Nagar. It’s Block No 48. This part of Pune is always moving, so there is always something going on outside the window. We’ve been set up here to handle a lot of our local engineering tasks. It’s not a massive headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on the technical details. Some days are spent entirely on the phone coordinating with sites, and other days we’re just crunching numbers. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see one of us at a desk covered in blueprints. We’ve found that being in Shivaji Nagar makes it easier for people to drop by if they need to discuss a project in person. The office has its quirks, like the door that sticks a bit in the rainy season, but we like it here. It’s got a good feel to it. We aren’t into making big promises or using a lot of buzzwords. We just show up, do the engineering work, and try to make sure everything is accurate. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it has worked for us so far.
