Lucky Emporium

Lucky Emporium is located near the Bharat Gas Agency on G.T. Road. If you know that stretch of road, you know it gets quite busy with trucks and travelers. Our shop isn't hard to find once you get close to the agency. We’ve been here for a good number of years. It’s a family-run kind of place, really. We sell a bit of everything that you’d expect from an emporium. The shelves are usually pretty full and we might have boxes in the aisles if a new delivery just arrived. We don't have fancy displays or bright lights. It's just a regular store where neighbors come by. G.T. Road is always loud, but inside it’s a bit calmer. We spend our time dusting the stock and talking to the people who walk in. Sometimes we sit out front when it's quiet. My brother and I take turns behind the counter. We know most of the regular customers by name. It’s not the kind of place that changes much. We keep the same hours and do things the old-fashioned way. If someone needs something specific, we try to find it in the back. There's a lot of history in these walls. We aren't looking to expand or do anything grand. Just keeping the doors open and serving the local community on G.T. Road is enough for us. It’s just us doing our thing day after day without any big changes coming.
