Kanix Infotech Pvt Ltd is located over in Deccan Gymkhana, right inside the Milan Industrial Estate on Dharmsinh Desai Marg. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around in the background. We’ve been based here for a good bit. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. We have a few rooms filled with computers and a small break area where we keep the microwave. It’s mostly tech work that keeps us here late some nights. Dharmsinh Desai Marg can get pretty backed up with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave the estate at the same time. We usually just stay an extra half hour to let the worst of it pass. The team here has been together for a while, so we all know how each other works. We don't have many meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing or a project needs finishing. It’s a very straightforward environment. Being in Deccan Gymkhana is handy because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite to eat nearby. We are just a group of people working hard at Kanix Infotech Pvt Ltd, trying to keep things running smoothly. It is not a flashy life, but it is ours.
