Kangnam Sikdang Private Limited

Kangnam Sikdang Private Limited is our food business based here in Pune. We are over at Gat No 1307 and 1312, specifically in the Polite Harmony building near Sane Chowk. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of families and people moving in, which is why we picked this spot. We focus on cooking, and "Sikdang" basically means a place to eat. We aren't a massive chain with fancy logos everywhere. It’s just a small team of us trying to do something we enjoy. Most of our day involves prep work in the kitchen and making sure the ingredients are fresh. Pune is a big city, but our corner near Sane Chowk feels like a community. We don't have a polished corporate office. Our workspace is mostly just the kitchen and a small area for paperwork. It can get quite hot and noisy when we are in the middle of a shift, but that’s just how food businesses are. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve people. It’s hard work, and we are usually tired by the end of the day, but seeing people eat the food makes it worth it. We are just regular people making a living. If you are ever walking through Polite Harmony, you might hear the sounds from our kitchen. We just keep things practical and focus on the daily tasks. There is no corporate polish here, just cooking.
