Kanchan Provisional Stores

Kanchan Provisional Stores is situated over in the Shivane area, specifically around Golden Jogire. It’s a place we’ve called home for quite a while now. We started this shop because the neighborhood needed a reliable spot to pick up daily groceries without having to travel too far. It's not a massive supermarket, just a local provisional store where you can get your atta, dal, and maybe some snacks for the evening tea. We try to keep the place organized, but sometimes when new stock arrives, there are bags and boxes everywhere for a few hours. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small business by yourself. The people around Shivane are friendly, and we’ve become friends with many who stop by every day. We don't do any big advertising or anything. People just know we are here. Sometimes it’s quiet, and I spend time checking the expiry dates or cleaning the glass jars. Other times, three people come in at once asking for different things, and it gets a bit hectic. We just do our best to help everyone out. The shop reflects the way we live—practical and straightforward. We don't promise anything fancy, just the basic stuff you need to run a household. It’s a good feeling to be a part of the local community and help out where we can. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down.
