Kamshet Hospital

Kamshet Hospital is right out there on the Mumbai Pune Old Highway. If you know Shivaji Chowk in Kamshet, then you know exactly where we are located. It’s a busy stretch of road in Taluka Maval. We get a lot of travelers stopping by since the highway is so close. But mostly it's just the local folks from Kamshet coming in. The building has been sitting there for quite a while. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but we keep the inside tidy enough. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have the name on the front. People come to us when they have a problem. It’s a practical place. We don’t have fancy waiting rooms with magazines. Just benches and a desk. The noise from the highway is constant, but you stop hearing it after a few days of working here. Being in Taluka Maval means we see everyone from farmers to city people passing through. We just try to keep things moving. There is always something to fix or someone to see. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. Kamshet isn't a huge place, so everyone knows the hospital. We just stay here at Shivaji Chowk and do our daily tasks. It’s straightforward and honest work for the community. Nothing more to it than that.
