Kalyankarande

So, this is Kalyankarande. We are based out of Sai Nagar in the Hingane area of Pune. It’s a busy neighborhood, but we’ve made our spot here. I didn’t want to go into some expensive commercial district because I like being where the people actually live. It’s a very local vibe. You might have some trouble finding the exact building if you aren't familiar with the small lanes of Sai Nagar, but someone on the street can usually point you the right way. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small operation, very hands-on. I spend most of my time here making sure things are running okay. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a couple of old computers, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we find ways to keep moving. I’ve lived in Pune my whole life, so Hingane feels like the right place to be. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. It's just me and my small team doing the work. We drink a lot of tea and stay late when we have to. It’s not glamorous, but it is real. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us just working away without any fuss. It’s a simple life and a simple business, just the way I like it.
