Our office is located in Loni Kalbhor, which is out on the edge of Pune. We are right near the Pashankar Gas Agency, which is the main landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being out here is a lot different than being in the middle of the city. It’s quieter, and there is more space, though the drive out can be long depending on where you are coming from. The area has a more rural feel, with more open ground and less of that cramped city pressure. We are in the Tal-Haveli region, and the pace of life seems just a little bit slower here. We handle things like networking and digital ventures, so it’s a lot of sitting at computers and checking connections. The building we are in is simple and doesn't stand out much. We get a lot of dust from the road, especially with the trucks going to the gas agency nearby. Our team is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops for a snack or some cold water. It’s a very basic setup—desks, some servers, and a lot of cables. We don't have a big HR department or fancy perks. We just come in, do the technical work, and make sure the systems are running. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like the fact that we aren't stuck in the middle of the Pune traffic jams every single day.
