Kalyani Lemmerz Ltd Chakan

Our unit is situated at Plot No 197 in Sector No 18, right by Shivaji Park in Chinchawad. Being in the Chakan and Chinchawad area of Pune means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and industrial plants. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. Our day revolves around the production line and making sure the parts we are responsible for get finished. It’s a big space but it’s always full of materials and crates. The guys here know their way around the equipment, and we just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work is getting done. You’ll hear the clanging of metal and the hum of the motors all day long. Chinchawad is a place where people work hard, and we are just another part of that. We take our breaks, have our tea, and then get back to the floor. It’s about being consistent and showing up every morning to get through the orders. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff or fancy logos on our shirts. It’s just about the parts we make and the people who make them. Most of us have been working in this sector for years and just get on with it.
