We are located over in Bhosari, at the Avdhoot Housing Society near Panjarpol. It’s a busy industrial patch of Pune, and we fit right in with the rest of the workshops and units around here. The address is 98/2, and most of the guys who work here live nearby. We deal with industrial parts and manufacturing stuff. It's a lot of heavy machinery and repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps the local economy moving. The area is always loud with trucks moving in and out, and our facility is no different. We spend the day on the shop floor, making sure the machines are running and the output is what it needs to be. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, as there is plenty of dust and metal shavings, but that’s the nature of the work in Guruvihar. We’ve been here long enough that we know the rhythms of the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it and get back to work. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the office area because we are mostly out where the actual work happens. It’s a straightforward operation with regular people doing their shifts. We've seen a lot of changes in Bhosari over the years, but our shop stays pretty much the same day to day.
