Our little shop, Kalyani Infotech Solutions Ltd, is located at House No 20 on Lane No 01 in Madhuban, Sangvi. Pune is a big city, but Sangvi has a more local, neighborhood feel to it that we really like. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s a modest space, nothing fancy or corporate looking. Most of the people who come to see us are our neighbors or people who live just a few streets away. We do all sorts of tech work, like fixing broken screens or helping people set up their home networks. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the place gets cluttered with old parts and boxes, but we manage to find what we need. We don’t use any of those big marketing slogans. We just talk to people like normal humans and tell them what’s wrong with their gear. If we can fix it, we do. If we can't, we’re honest about that too. Being in Madhuban is convenient, and we’ve gotten to know the families around here. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't have a fancy website or do much advertising. People just know where we are. It’s a simple life running a tech business in a residential area, and it suits us just fine. We just try to be reliable for the folks who count on us.
