Kalyanee S Shamgaonkar is based over in Hingane Khurd, specifically at B 2. It’s a quiet area that feels a bit removed from the heavy rush of the main city, which is nice for getting things done. The workspace is simple and doesn't have any of those modern office frills. It is mostly just a place to sit down and focus on the tasks at hand. Hingane Khurd has changed a bit over the years, with more buildings coming up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. Most days involve a lot of reading, writing, or going over documents. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; things happen as they need to. The office is filled with the usual stuff—paper, pens, a laptop, and maybe a few plants that someone forgot to water. It is a very practical setup. We spend a lot of time communicating with people who need help with specific projects or paperwork. It isn't a place for big meetings. It's more for one-on-one chats over a plastic table. Sometimes the dog from next door wanders near the entrance, and you can hear the birds in the morning before the street gets too noisy. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure that whatever work comes in gets finished without any unnecessary drama or delays. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where the focus is on being useful to the local community in our own small way.
