We are located over in Chinchwad, specifically at Kakade Park. The office is actually in the H-1/7 flat, which is part of Sr No 284/9/1. Sandesh Sakharam Chavan is the one who handles things here. It is a quiet enough spot for a business like ours. We do not have a big storefront or anything like that. It is more of a home-office feel which works for what we do at Kalimata Solutions Private Limited. Being in Pune 411033 means we are right in the middle of the residential area, so it is not like being in a cold glass building downtown. We have got our desks set up and we just get on with the daily work. It is a simple arrangement, nothing too formal or over the top. We usually start our mornings with some tea and then look at the list of things to finish. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. It is nice because it doesn't feel like a sterile office environment. Sometimes the mail gets a bit mixed up because of how the flat numbers are laid out, but we manage to sort it out eventually. If you know the Chinchwad area, Kakade Park is a pretty well-known spot for locals. We have been here for a while and don't really plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us just fine. Just a handful of people working together in a regular apartment block, trying to be productive.
