Belco Engineers

Belco Engineers is over in Kalamboli, specifically in the Steel Chambers. We have office C-417. If you know Kalamboli, you know it’s the heart of the steel trade, so there are heavy trucks and iron beams everywhere you look. Being in the Steel Chambers puts us right in the middle of all that action. We do engineering work, which often involves a lot of technical drawings and calculations. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually quite cluttered with various bits of hardware or reference manuals. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing materials on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit down and solve mechanical or structural problems. The noise from the market outside is a constant backdrop to our day, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some time, and the other people in the building are mostly in similar lines of work. It’s a very practical environment where people just get on with their business. We don't really do the whole corporate networking thing; we just talk to the people we need to and keep our projects moving forward. Most of our clients are other local businesses who need some engineering help. It’s a straightforward life here in C-417, and we like the fact that everything we need for our work is just a short walk away in the market.
