Kaizen Software

We operate out of Flat No 7 here in Pune. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually works out pretty well for writing code and dealing with software. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a glass desk. It’s just a group of us sitting at our computers, trying to get things to work the way they should. Coding takes a lot of time and quiet, so being in a flat in 411038 is perfect for that. We deal with all sorts of software issues and projects. Sometimes it’s building something from scratch, other times it’s fixing something that someone else broke. It’s mostly just us, a few desks, and a lot of coffee. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a while now and we like the pace here. People usually reach out when they have a technical problem they can't solve on their own. We don't make big promises about changing the world; we just want the programs to run without crashing. It’s honest work. If you come by the flat, you’ll probably just see us staring at screens. That’s what the job is. We try to keep things low-key and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Software can be frustrating, but we enjoy the challenge of getting it right. It’s just a normal day at the office for us here in Pune. Sometimes we stay late when a bug is hard to find, but that's just part of the life.
