Kaizen Agro Farms Llp

Kaizen Agro Farms Llp is based out of a flat in Jaipur, specifically Flat No. S2 in the V Cube Levender building. It’s over in Vishveshariya Nagar, near Triveni Nagar at Plot No 166A. It might seem a bit different having an agro business based in a residential area like this, but it’s where we handle all the coordination. The actual farming happens away from the city noise, but this is where the planning and the phone calls happen. We are a small team and we don't go in for anything fancy. Most days are spent tracking where the produce is going and making sure the supplies for the farms are actually showing up when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of juggling. We call it Kaizen because we like the idea of just making small fixes to how we do things every day. It isn't some big corporate strategy, just trying to be a bit more organized than we were yesterday. We deal with various crops and farm management tasks. Sometimes the internet goes out or the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we manage. Being in Jaipur gives us a good central spot to talk to buyers while still keeping our feet in the farming world. We aren't big shots, just people trying to make the farm side of things work better through this LLP. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the logistics, but it's what we do.
