Kaizaen Systems Private Limited

Our office is at 1179, Dholewada, which is right in the Kasaba Peth area of Pune. Kasaba Peth is one of the oldest parts of the city, so it has a lot of character and very narrow lanes. Working here at Kaizaen Systems Private Limited feels different than being in a modern IT park. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. It's a bit cramped sometimes, and finding parking nearby is always a bit of a challenge for anyone visiting. But we like the history of the place. The building itself is older, and we’ve set up our equipment as best as we could given the layout. We deal with systems and technical work, mostly just focusing on the tasks assigned for the day. It’s a small operation here in Maharashtra, and we don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. People usually find us by looking for the house number in the lane. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or managing whatever comes across our desks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We don’t really worry about making the office look like a magazine photo. It's functional, a bit messy with cables, and sits right in the heart of old Pune where life happens around us.
