We are based at 612, Vakil Nagar in the Erandawana area. Kadam Dairy Equipment Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive factory; it’s more of an office and storage setup where we manage everything. We deal with all sorts of things that dairy farms and milk processors might need. It could be stainless steel tanks or smaller parts for milking machines. Since we are in a more residential-feeling part of Erandawana, it’s a bit quieter than being in a main industrial zone, which is nice. Our office is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of binders filled with technical drawings and price lists. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to farmers or plant managers who are having trouble with their setups. It’s not always easy to explain things over the phone, so there is a bit of frustration sometimes. Our neighbor has a small grocery shop, so there's always people walking by. We sometimes have large crates sitting on the sidewalk for a few hours while we wait for the truck. It probably annoys the people living nearby, but we try to move them fast. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Sometimes we go out to the farms ourselves to see the equipment.
