Jyoti Communication

Jyoti Communication is over in Dhanakawadi Phase ll GIDC Estate 25/4/2/4. Since we are in the GIDC area most of our customers are the people who work in the factories nearby. They usually drop in during their lunch breaks or right after their shifts end to get their phones fixed or to buy a new screen protector. The shop is quite small and tucked away among some larger industrial buildings so it can be a little hard to find if you don't know the estate well. We have a workbench in the back that is always messy with screwdrivers and half-disassembled phones. The air is a bit dusty because of all the construction and trucks moving around in Dhanakawadi but we try to keep the glass cases clean. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to be delivered because we are a bit far out. It’s not a fancy place and the lighting is a bit dim in the corners but it serves the purpose for the workers here. We usually have a cricket match playing on a small TV in the background while we work on the electronics. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at tiny circuits which can be tiring on the eyes. We’ve been at this GIDC location for a while and have seen many factories change hands around us.
