If you find yourself in Old Sangvi in Pune, you might pass by Sairaj Park near Ekta Chowk. That is where we are, tucked away in Flat No 6. It is a busy little neighborhood in Mula Nagar, and there is always something going on outside. We have been at this address for a bit, and while it is not a big corporate building, it suits us just fine. The office is basically a flat that we converted into a working space. It still feels like a home in many ways, which helps keep the stress down. Just Dial Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, but inside, it is just a handful of us sitting at our desks. We deal with the usual Pune weather, which means it gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always running at full speed. Sometimes the milkman or the courier guy gets confused about which wing we are in, but we usually shout out from the balcony to guide them. There are a few trees around the building that provide a bit of shade, which is nice. We do not have any fancy signs or big posters on the walls. It is mostly just shelves of folders and a few plants that someone remembers to water every now and then. It is a quiet, honest place to get work done without any unnecessary distractions from the main road.
