Jsw Steel Ltd is based in Pune, which is a big hub for all sorts of manufacturing and industry. Our office here is more of a commercial center compared to the massive plants in the south. We deal with the sales and coordination for this part of Maharashtra. Pune is a crowded city, so just getting to work through the traffic can be a task in itself. Once we are in the office, it's all about managing the steel supply for the local builders and factories. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and making sure their orders are being processed correctly at the main works. The office is a standard city setup with desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. It’s not a fancy place, just a functional one. We focus on the logistics and the numbers. We have a small team here that knows the steel trade well. We don't use any promotional language or fancy slogans. We just get the steel to where it needs to go. Sometimes there are problems with the transport or the timing, and we have to work hard to get things back on schedule. It’s a busy environment and there is always something to do. We've been in Pune for quite some time now and it’s a good place for us to be located. We just take it one day at a time and work hard.
