The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got that homey feel where you might see a lunch box on a desk next to a high-end laptop. We spend a lot of time here, often late into the evening. The PCNTDA area has been growing a lot lately, and we’ve seen the changes firsthand. Our team is small, and we don't go in for big meetings or formal dress codes. It’s mostly about getting the tasks done and making sure our systems are running. Sometimes the lift in the building is under repair, so we get our exercise taking the stairs. It’s not a fancy tech hub with a cafeteria, but we have a small kitchen area where we make coffee.
