Jitendra Dharmadhikari

Jitendra Dharmadhikari here. My small office is at Damoder Vihar, specifically unit A1/10 in Hingane Khurd. We’re situated along the Sinhagarh Road in Pune. It’s a busy part of town with lots of shops, but our building is tucked away a bit. I’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where I sit down and get things sorted. I handle everything myself for the most part. The space is a bit cramped with all the boxes and papers, but I know where everything is kept. People in the colony know me as someone who just gets on with the job. I don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, I pick it up myself. If someone knocks on the door, I open it. That’s how I’ve always worked. I think staying local is important. Pune 411051 is a good area with a lot of regular, hard-working folks. My day usually involves a lot of reading and writing. Sometimes I have to go out for meetings, but I prefer being at my desk in Damoder Vihar. It’s quiet enough for me to think clearly. I didn't set this up to become some huge company. I just wanted a reliable way to help people with what they need. It’s practical work. No fluff, no nonsense. Just Jitendra doing what needs to be done every day to keep things moving. I like the routine of it and the neighbors are decent people.
