You can find us over in the HOC Colony, near Rasayani and Mohopada in the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, located in the Tah Khalapur area. It’s a very specific part of Maharashtra, surrounded by industrial sites and small hills. We handle the stainless steelway side of things from this location. It’s a lot quieter out here than in Mumbai, but we stay busy enough. The colony has its own feel, very much a community of workers and their families. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup. We’re a steel company, plain and simple. The machines hum, the trucks roll in, and we get the metal sorted out. Some days the heat is pretty punishing, but we have our routines to get through it. We’ve been here at K-II-05 for a while, so we’re a known quantity in the neighborhood. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of our work comes from people who already know where we are and what we do. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We value the fact that we can just do our jobs without too much interference from the outside world. It’s a solid place to work, and we’re just glad to be a part of the local industrial scene in Raigad. We take things one day at a time.
