Jijamata Hospital Shirur

We are based out in Shikrapur in the Shirur area with our address listed as A-1/Po. It’s a local hospital that serves the folks living around here and the people coming in from the nearby villages. It’s not one of those massive city hospitals where you get lost in the hallways. Our place is much more grounded and easy to navigate. Most of the people who work here live close by so we know the community pretty well. Shikrapur can be a busy place with all the transit and the hospital often stays quite active throughout the night and day. We deal with a bit of everything from small checkups to more urgent things that people bring to us. The building has seen a lot of use over the years but it stays sturdy and serves its purpose just fine. We don't use much fancy language when we talk to patients because we find it’s better to just be direct and clear about what’s going on. There’s no big board of directors or anything like that here. It is just a team of people trying to keep the locals healthy. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when a lot of people arrive at once but we do our best to get to everyone. It’s just a normal part of life in Shirur and we are glad to be here doing this work for our neighbors.
