Jeevan Rekha Hospital

Jeevan Rekha Hospital is right across the street from Sethiya Hospital in Vishrantwadi. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of town. Most people just use the landmark of the bigger hospital to find us. We’ve got our own little rhythm here. The staff starts early, usually before the sun gets too hot. We see a lot of local families from the surrounding apartments. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough rooms for the patients who need to stay over. Sometimes the noise from the road gets inside, but that’s just how it is in Vishrantwadi. We’ve tried to make the interiors simple and easy to walk through. Nothing is perfect, but we keep the floors swept and the medicine stocked. We spend a lot of time talking to patients about their recovery. It’s more about getting the job done than having a fancy reception desk. The doctors stay busy, but they usually have a minute to explain things if you catch them in the hall. We don’t put up many posters or advertisements. People mostly hear about us from their relatives or friends who live nearby. It’s a practical place for when you aren’t feeling well. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit around us. We are just part of the local landscape now, doing our daily work.
