Jaycee Tech Pvt Ltd Pune is located over in Priyanka Park, which is right off the Baner Mhalunge Road. It is an interesting spot because this part of Pune has changed so much in the last few years. What used to be a relatively quiet area is now full of new buildings and a lot more traffic. Our setup is part of a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Manojkumar Wadkar and the rest of us work out of this specific unit. It is not a huge factory floor or one of those glass-walled corporate buildings you see in the IT parks. It feels a bit more like a home that was turned into a workspace. We have our computers and various technical equipment set up in the different rooms. Outside the window, you can see the neighbors going about their daily business. We like the location because it is close enough to the main road but still tucked away just enough to focus. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on the street, especially in the afternoons. We handle a lot of tech-related tasks and engineering work here. Most of our days involve a lot of screen time and sitting around the table to discuss project details. We take our breaks on the balcony sometimes just to catch a bit of a breeze. It is a simple, functional environment where we focus on our work without many distractions. We have watched the whole Mhalunge area expand around us.
