We’re located at Oshiwara 10 in Vishrantwadi. It’s a small shop where we deal with all things related to phones and sim cards. Most days it’s just me sitting here waiting for the next customer. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood who aren't very good with technology, so I spend time explaining how to use a new app or how to top up their balance. The shop isn't very big, and the shelves are mostly filled with phone cases and screen guards. It can get a little cramped when the afternoon sun hits the front window. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the glass. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't process the recharges, which is frustrating for everyone. I try to keep a variety of spare parts for common phone models, but if it’s something rare, we have to order it. It’s a decent living and I get to talk to a lot of different people every day. I've been in this spot for a while now. The furniture is a bit worn out, and the floor could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We don't have any corporate rules; we just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s a basic shop for basic needs. We close up around eight and head home to start again tomorrow.
