Jasmour Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Office Number 506 in the Town Center at Amanora in Pune. Jasmour Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited is a bit of a mouthful, but it basically means we work with a lot of organic farmers to get their stuff to the market. Being in a place like Amanora is convenient, though it can get a bit crowded with shoppers and office workers. Our office is where the planning happens. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers on the phone, trying to coordinate pickups and deliveries. It's not always easy because organic farming has its own set of challenges, like bugs or weird weather patterns. We try to keep things simple here. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of lists pinned to the walls. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us, trying to make sure the farmers get a fair deal and the organic food gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to stay late to finish it, but that's part of the job. It feels like we are doing something useful, even on the days when everything seems to be going wrong. We're just regular people working in a busy part of Pune, trying to support the farming community as best as we can. It takes a lot of effort, but we stay focused on the tasks.
