We are based in the Katraj area of Pune, specifically in the Morya building. We are in Flat No. 206, which is in the C building at Survey No 14/3. It is basically an apartment that we use as our office, which gives it a very homey and relaxed feel. We do not have the cold atmosphere of a big glass office tower. There is a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a balcony where we sometimes take a break to look at the traffic. Being in Katraj means we are near the outskirts, so it is a bit different from the city center. We spend our days here working on various IT service tasks. The living room area has been converted into our main workspace with several desks pushed together. It is a bit cluttered with wires and some old boxes in the corner, but we know where everything is. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working together in a comfortable setting. There is no dress code or formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We have been here for a while and it suits us just fine. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our work and try to stay busy.
