Jainam Communication

We are tucked away in Kasba Peth, specifically at 5th Cross 303. Jainam Communication is a small shop where we deal with all things related to phones and connectivity. The space is pretty tight, filled with boxes of chargers, screen guards, and various cables hanging from the walls. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile recharges or trying to figure out why a particular handset isn't working right. It’s a lot of small, fiddly work, like replacing tiny screws or cleaning out charging ports. We have a small workbench in the corner with a bright light where the repairs happen. People often drop their phones off in the morning and come back after work to see if they’re fixed. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to keep track of everyone’s name and number on a notepad. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a local spot where we try our best to get people’s gadgets working again. The street outside is narrow and usually full of two-wheelers, so it’s always a bit noisy. We get to know the regulars pretty well—the students, the shopkeepers nearby, and the families living in the peth. We stay open late because that’s when most people have time to stop by. It’s a steady routine of fixing, selling, and talking to whoever walks through the door. We enjoy being a part of the daily life in Kasba Peth.
