Jaibhole Chinese Fast Food

Jaibhole Chinese Fast Food is tucked away in Hadapsar at Oxygen Velly Shop No 9. It gets pretty loud here in the evenings with the sound of the woks clanking and the fire going high. We started this small shop because we liked cooking and noticed people around here always wanted something hot and quick after a long day. It’s a busy little space and sometimes there’s barely enough room to move between the stove and the counter. We spend our afternoons cutting cabbage and peeling garlic so we are ready when the dinner rush starts around seven. The smells can get quite strong, but that is part of the experience of a fast food place. Our shop isn't very large, so many people just take their food home to eat with their families. We’ve lived in the area for years and it felt right to set up shop right here in Oxygen Velly. There are days when the rain makes it quiet, but usually, it’s just one order after another until we close up for the night. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together to make sure the food gets out fast. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but seeing people enjoy a hot plate of noodles makes it okay.
