We are located over at Narol Char Rasta, specifically at 1108 Vasudev Estate in Bhawani Peth. It is a spot that stays busy from sunup to sundown. At Jai Guru Catering Management, our days are filled with logistics and food. It is not just about cooking; it is about managing everything that goes along with it. We have to keep track of plates, spoons, tablecloths, and the staff. The estate can get a bit crowded with all the businesses there, but we have our own rhythm. We have been doing this for a long time, so we have seen all sorts of events. Some are small family gatherings and others are huge celebrations where we barely have room to move. We do not have a polished front office. Most of the work happens in the back where the prep is done and the equipment is stored. Early mornings are the toughest, getting everything loaded and ready to go before the traffic gets bad around Narol Char Rasta. We are just a group of people who know how to handle a crowd. There is no secret to it, just showing up on time and making sure the food is ready when it needs to be. We have a few old delivery vans that have seen a lot of miles. Sometimes they break down at the worst time, but we always manage to find a way. It is honest work.
