You can find Jai Balaji Communication over in Pimpri at A - 51. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a typical small-town mobile shop. We sell recharges, do some light repairs, and have a selection of used phones sometimes when people trade them in. Pimpri is a busy area, and our shop is right in the thick of the market. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a simple board outside. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a lot of boxes stacked up. I spend most of my day sitting behind the glass counter. People come in for all sorts of small things, like a new pair of earphones or a memory card. We don't try to push people to buy things they don't really need. If a phone is too old or damaged to fix, we just tell them straight. It’s better that way for everyone. The shop is small, so we don't have a lot of room for customers to hang around and wait, but they usually don't mind. We handle the basic stuff like battery replacements and fixing broken buttons. It’s a humble business. We know many of our customers because they live just a few streets away from here. It’s just about providing a local service so people don't have to travel far into the city. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night.
