Jadhav Hospital

Jadhav Hospital is located in the Kokade Building, right at Flat No. 21. We are over at Survey No. 49/2, which is quite close to the Reliance Fresh near the Chandan Nagar Bus Stop. That landmark helps a lot because otherwise, people sometimes get confused looking for the right flat. Being in a building that has both residences and offices can be a little strange, but it works for us. The elevator is sometimes a bit slow, so a lot of people just take the stairs. It’s a busy neighborhood, and since we are so close to the bus stop, there is always a crowd outside. Inside, it’s a bit more contained, but we still have a lot of movement throughout the day. The hospital space is essentially a converted flat, so it has a more lived-in, domestic feel than a big glass building would. We have the usual equipment and beds, squeezed into the rooms we have available. It gets a little tight when we have several families waiting, but we manage the space as best as we can. Our team is mostly local people who know the area well. We don't really bother with big marketing plans or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everyone who comes into Flat 21 gets seen. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it’s our workplace and we have made it work for years.
